Where we bring the most value
Four focus areas where GC accountability plus specialty-contractor depth changes the outcome.
NC HUB Contractor
Certified North Carolina HUB contractor — bringing self-perform capability to public work and helping project teams meet participation goals with a contractor that actually builds.
Joint Ventures
Public and private joint-venture experience, partnering with established GCs to combine management depth with our self-perform trade capacity.
Hospitality Construction
Hotel and hospitality projects where envelope quality, finish standards, and brand requirements demand a builder who controls the critical trades directly.
Facade Recladding & Restoration
Full commercial facade recladding and restoration — replacing failed or dated exterior systems and recovering envelope performance without full reconstruction.
Self-Perform Capability
We are builders first. Self-performing critical scopes with our own crews gives our clients direct control over craftsmanship, schedule, and cost — and gives us certainty about how the work goes in place. Scopes we self-perform include:
Scopes we self-perform
- Demolition & cleanup
- Concrete
- Masonry
- Drywall
- Metal stud framing
- Acoustical ceiling work
- Rough carpentry
- Doors, frames & hardware installation
- Toilet accessories & specialties
- Building control & layout
- Waterproofing
- Caulking
- Firestopping
Full Commercial Facade Recladding & Restoration
Restoration: storm & hurricane damage repair · water infiltration solutions · building envelope reinforcement · exterior surface restoration · preventive maintenance programs.
Recladding: replacement of failed or dated exterior systems with new EIFS, masonry veneer, or rainscreen cladding — restoring performance and modernizing the building's appearance without full reconstruction.
How we deliver every project
Preconstruction & Budgeting
Detailed scopes of work, realistic budgets grounded in current cost data, and labor resource planning — the preconstruction discipline that sets proper expectations before a contract is signed.
Design & Permitting Coordination
Coordination with architects, engineers, and the authority having jurisdiction — including the permitting strategy questions that can make or break a renovation schedule.
Buyout & Self-Perform Planning
We buy out only what we don’t build ourselves. Critical-path and quality-critical scopes stay with our own crews; the rest goes to subcontractors we’ve vetted on our own specialty work.
Construction & Field Management
Disciplined field management with weekly look-ahead planning, documented quality control, and OSHA-compliant site safety on every operation.
Closeout & Warranty
Complete closeout documentation, warranty packages, and a building the owner can operate from day one.
Projects that speak for themselves
Hospitality, institutional, and commercial work across the Carolinas — built by crews that put the work in place themselves.
