Our Company

Summa is a family-owned construction company, established in 2007 and serving the Carolinas ever since. We started in the trades where craftsmanship shows and shortcuts don’t survive — masonry and the building envelope — and we’ve grown on one principle: build great work, build great relationships.

Today we operate two divisions. Our Specialty Division self-performs Division 4 turnkey masonry and Division 7 thermal and moisture protection. Our Prime Contracting Division — a fully licensed North Carolina Unlimited General Contractor — takes projects from inception to completion, backed by those same trade crews.

Mission

To deliver great quality that exceeds our clients’ expectations — built right, built safely, and built to last.
